The pilot stores account information and the project records, messages and files that invited users submit to operate their workflows. For privacy questions or a deletion request, contact support@palbuilder.com.

Optional AI assistance

AI assistance runs only when you request a result and confirm the information to process. The records relevant to the selected task, your notes and the files you select are sent through OpenRouter to a model provider. Access to saved records is checked against your account. Contact fields are removed from saved text, but this does not guarantee that every personal detail in free text is removed. Images and PDFs are sent as supplied; remove sensitive information before selecting them.

Your saved AI results are private to your account. Saved results expire after 30 days. Input excerpts and generated text are removed by the next scheduled cleanup. Billing and usage metadata are retained separately. Files uploaded only for an AI request are processed without being saved as new project attachments. Turning AI off in Settings prevents new requests and leaves the ordinary forms available.

Voice input. Some project forms show a microphone next to a text field. Tapping it uses your browser's own speech recognition (in Chrome, for example, Google's service) to turn what you say into text in that field; Palbuilder receives only the text you then submit, never the audio. The microphone appears only where your browser offers speech recognition, and typing always works instead.

AI results are drafts for your review. They do not send messages, approve work, verify credentials or move project funds. The AI connection requests providers with zero data retention and disallows data collection; if no eligible provider is available, the request fails.
